The lady who did my nails was super sweet! The website had put an incorrect closing time but she still allowed me to come in and get a manicure! She did a great job too! I will be going again soon!

Tumy did an excellent job with my little sister and she was very kind but my service on the other hand was not so great the lady that did my nails and pedicure was rushing everything, she was on the phone for half of it and quite frankly my nails are not amazing, they are rigid and bumpy. The staff also had their children at the shop and they we’re running around and being loud in a place I went to for relaxation and quiet. this is the worst place for any nail service. I have been a customer for several years and recently they have taken walk ins when I have a appt and then ask me to come back and this has happened 3 or 4 times. My nails also chip within a day or so then have to go back. I would not go here even if it was the only place. Rather go out of my way for another place.. They lost my business also was never told they had a punch card which to me is shady.
