I came here and had an appointment at 9:30am. It was 9:50 and I was still waiting. Everyone else before me was taken care of. I went up and asked when I would be taken care of. The staff laughed and said they were short handed and I needed to wait. Don’t accept appointments if you can’t honor them, and also don’t laugh when a customer asks when they will be seen 20 minutes after their appointment.
They don't know how to do business, lady that was supposed to do my anc ombre...walked right out.. kid was leaving from the day.. he had to wait to go to do my pedi. I had a 230 appointment left at 6.. Just for some acrylic nails!! Not what I intended to have, and some blue toes. Never again!!! I will not return
I went to Dl Nail Bar this past Saturday and was pleasantly surprised at how nice and clean the inside of this location was. Tommy prepped my nails by taking off the ANC the way I am used to (cotton with acetone and foil wrap). Faith was my nail technician and did a great job. She took her time and shaped my nails exactly how I like them, applied the ANC and trimmed my cuticles. Both were very friendly and engaging.
