I needed to get a structural letter to partially demo a wall and originally got great service and response. Inspection went great and was even told if I wanted to move a window header they could easily return and check that it could be done with no cost for the check. In reality it took about a month to get the letter and when I asked to see if it would be possible to get someone to return to assess the window I found out there would be an additional trip charge.
