Austin was professional, knowledgeable and friendly. He was fantastic to work with and would gladly do so again in the future!
Didn’t care for the low liability limits in their contract that wasn’t disclosed until after we paid. $300 site visit fee. Wasted 300 bucks I see no logic in hiring a structural engineering firm who can’t provide insurance coverage for errors and omissions that’s proper for the project scope/size. Read the contract - their limit for liability is the project fees. I found other local engineers that provided reasonable coverage for their design work so I chose not to use this firm. 0 stars
Unfortunately, our experience was disappointing. We hired this company to help remove walls in our home and to propose alternatives if full removal wasn’t possible. We were told the process would take two weeks, but it took a month and a half, leaving our renovation on hold. Communication was extremely poor, we had to call multiple times because emails went unanswered. When we finally got a response, we were told one wall couldn’t be removed because it was a shear wall.
