This place is terrible. Never trust David Austin, who is the owner, and also was our sales rep for the day. I bought a car here last week, 2002 3 series, and it's riddled with problems. It has many more problems than what was specified on the ad, and many more than what the David told me about. To make it worse, he would not let me plug in my own OBD reader to get codes. Great place to buy a car. David Austin a great guy to work with.
I contacted this dealership regarding a 2008 Mercedes. I test drove the vehicle and made an offer. The offer was accepted and the car was taken to my mechanic before the final purchase. My mechanic determined that the sunroof was not working properly. I mentioned this to the sale person (Mike). He said that they would resolve the issue. I waited two weeks for the issue to be resolved, staying in touch with Mike several times a week via text or call. Mike stopped returning my calls and text.
