I am sorry for not being at home when DKI came to repair our fence, so I missed the opportunity to say hello. I am extremely impressed by the final result. The gentlemen even helped us to repair the side door and remove the old fence. I owe a big, big thank you to DKI! Timely, accurate, and exceptional service! DKI DOES NOT PAY THEIR CONTRACTORS! Edit: I appreciate your response. I am aware you have let go of your Eastern Ontario offices (which have just reopened under different names). It doesn't change the fact you don't pay your contractors. I can post images of emails from your CEO explaining that there is an ongoing court case. DKI has far exceeded our expectations of having to deal with our recent sewer backup in our basement. So glad we had come across them and would not hesitate to use them again if needed in the future.

ok, this may be somewhat drawn out, but this is my experience with DKI... First id like to note that the staff i talked to were al courteous, and understanding when i communicated with them through out the project. I had a waterline under my sink burst, which flooded a portion of my main floor and basement. called the emergency line, and a crew was dispatched out to my house within a couple hours. Amazing! I apologize forgetting the teams names. After getting rid of the original clean up crew. They were awful!!!! Dki stepped in and did a wonderful job with clean up!!!!! They saved the day. Had wet carpet that had to be removed asap. Only issue was a damaged basement washroom that was not on the report for some reason. Currently trying to rectify the problem. Thank you to the Dki team!!!!!!
