Our property was rented by wonderful tenant in Roseville in less than a week! Premier Legacy Property Management has great communication and excellent service.
This company is HORRIBLE. Kristine is very un professional, unethical and blatantly working in bad faith. We rented a home from them and everything seemed fine. Then we submitted notice of an early termination agreeing to have the home professionally cleaned, and in better shape than when we moved in. We also agreed to pay rent until the home was re rented. When the renter completely stopped paying I went ahead with filing an Unlawful Detainer case based on the last Quit or Pay notice amount. I knew going into this that DK Property Mgmt did not handle evictions, but what I did expect was that they do proper accounting. Two months after I had filed the UD with a paralegal she had recommended, after which the renter had taken advantage of legal loopholes to slow down the process, I engaged a UD lawyer; this is when he/I realized that the Quit or Pay amount included non-rent amoun... read more
