Our property was rented by wonderful tenant in Roseville in just weeks. DK Property Management has great communication and excellent service.
Please please please do not rent from Kristine or her property management group DK Property Management. I cannot speak to Kristine as a realtor but we rented from her in a furnished home and could not advise you enough to not rent from her. Before leaving we cleaned the home thoroughly (3 days of cleaning leading up to our move out date). 21 days later and received notice that she was keeping our entire deposit, most of which was being kept for normal wear and tear.
