I had an amazing and relaxing experience getting my nail refill today. I usually come here for pedicures, but this was my first time getting my nails done, and I’m so glad I did. ANNA did a wonderful job—she was professional, attentive, and very careful throughout the entire appointment. She consistently checked in to make sure I was happy with everything she was doing, which I really appreciated. Horrible customer service! Helen one of the nail techs had no professionalism or respect in the way she speaks to the customer. My experience was terrible - made us wait even after the set appointment time and then had the audacity to yell at us for asking why it’s taking long. Very rude behaviour and just not the best service. Do not recommend, especially Helen!
