I recently visited this salon for a manicure, and I’m very disappointed with the outcome. After the appointment, my nails were left in bad shape. The nail polish application was not done well, resulting in multiple bubbles on the surface, which completely ruined the look. I chose this salon expecting professional results, but it did not meet basic standards. It felt like a waste of both time and money, and unfortunately, I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone looking for quality nail services.

I have been coming here 5+ years. Trying several places (last minute) in bowmanville, no place is satisfying. I would keep coming back here. Great customer service. Great products (long lasting)- It's worth the drive to Markham. Keep up the great work ladies.

alright, so my ma usually comes here as opposed to me (i go to mk instead) but we didn't have the time to drive out, so i agreed to come here since i needed my nails done for my birthday. i got a simple white gel nail set, coffin-shaped, with gems on each ring finger. easy, no? i was pleasantly satisfied afterwards, until she told us it costed $110.00. but whatever, that part's on me for not asking sooner. next day though, a nail broke. gems started falling off. then some more nails. within a week, i had less than two nails ... read more

I had a disappointing experience at DK nails. The staff was unprofessional and seemed uninterested in providing good service.The nail technician was rough and caused discomfort during the process. There was a customer who was waiting for so much time to get her nails painted in spite of reminding multiple times she was getting late . Staff was very rude . For the price they charge I was expecting high quality customer service .
