I had such a wonderful experience at DK Nails Markham , I brought my mom here for a little self-care day, and we both left feeling clean and relaxed. The pedicure was thorough and left our feet looking amazing. The staff was friendly, professional, and made us feel completely at ease from the moment we walked in. My mom hasn’t stopped talking about how much she enjoyed it! We’ll definitely be coming back. Highly recommend

I visited DK Nails today for the first time with two friends, and it was a very disappointing experience. The customer service was awful — the staff were rude and became aggressive when we asked simple questions. Their tools didn’t appear to be properly sanitized, which raised serious hygiene concerns. They also seemed dishonest with pricing. We were charged extra for things like shaping nails, and even when they used the wrong color, they demanded an additional fee to fix their mistake. I recently visited this salon for a manicure, and I’m very disappointed with the outcome. After the appointment, my nails were left in bad shape. The nail polish application was not done well, resulting in multiple bubbles on the surface, which completely ruined the look. I chose this salon expecting professional results, but it did not meet basic standards. It felt like a waste of both time and money, and unfortunately, I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone looking for quality nail services.

I have been coming here 5+ years. Trying several places (last minute) in bowmanville, no place is satisfying. I would keep coming back here. Great customer service. Great products (long lasting)- It's worth the drive to Markham. Keep up the great work ladies.
