Second update: I just went again because my hubby got me a gift certificate for there. My nail tech today was amazing. My daughter and I both had her. She did a wonderful job on both of our nails. Update to DK nails response: Our appointment was for 1:30. The gentleman that I talked to must have entered it wrongly in your system. I never received a text confirmation or I would have called in to clarify that our appointment time was for 1:30. We were not on a time crunch. Decent pedi. Massage could have been better but g polish is lasting. Stylist didn't understand ANY English but helped by another (maybe the owner?)
The nail art was good, but they use cheap acrylic that pops off within 2 weeks. Also the filing was so rough and was left with 3 of my fingers bleeding from how rough it was.
I've been going to DK Nails & Spa for a year, and it's great. I think it's wonderful here- 9/10. Everytime I get my nails done they are done very well. This time I got green and black cat eye polish, and I'm very happy with how they look, super cool! The staff is good, and the manager Kay is so incredibly nice! Thank you and I'll always come back here~
