I went to Dk nails with a Christmas nail inspo and it turned out to be the best nail salon I’ve ever been to.The designs, the colors, the people were all amazing! I will definitely be going back

I really wanted to like this place but they ruined my healthy nails. They remove nail polish with the brimmel - fine on feet, dangerous on hands. She kept reassuring me it would be fine when I asked her to wrap with nail polish remover. I wish I had left but the woman who spoke to me when I came in had already snapped at me and acted like I annoyed her. After they remove the nail polish they run the brimmel over your bare nail - this is HORRIBLE for your nail beds. They also put the tools they use in regular room temp water.... read more

You make an appointment and they all look at you like you just walked in and then ask if you made an appointment and then no one is available and wait way past your appointment! Walked out worse service I’ve ever experienced

I’ve been getting dip on my nails for over 12 years now and this experience was wild. The older gentleman who did my nails was very nice, but the service took 105 minutes (normally it takes about 45), he cut four of my cuticles while over buffing to the point of bleeding, and he only did one layer of dip. You can see my natural nail under my dip because it’s so thin. There are bubbles and dust on all of my nails under the top coat and they’re wavy and uneven.
