Do not rent from D and K Management at all. They are literally the worst. We rented 2330 Browder Hollow Road in Lenoir City for one year and had to deal with a Tracy for awhile. We moved over here from Washington state and we were notified 3 days before our lease started that our house had a “minor cockroach infestation” and it turned to be a major infestation that took 3 months to resolve and involved money out of our own pocket for traps, etc. It wasn’t cleaned prior to us moving in. The maintenance man Mike is an excellent worker. He is so nice and personable and has always gone above and beyond to help my husband and I with things we needed in the apartment. He calways checks the grounds and is a nice, down-to-Earth guy. Thank you for everything, Mike!
Quick response when reporting maintenance issues. Needed a faucet replaced, and James and Larry were quick, polite, and cleaned up after themselves

Me and my fiance live at the flats on Washington, and we honestly couldn't have found better people to rent from, our maintenance man, Mike, is one of the best of the best, always willing to help out, and always does the job right, I only give it 4 stars because no place is perfect, but it's one of the best
