I have lived at Daugherty Lofts for a year and a half. The very BEST part has been our property manager Krista. She has been very professional but also very kind and thoughtful about everything. God Bless her and all the tenants there. Its a nice place to live!

I had leased this apartment for a year as my first apartment ever! I co-signed with my mother and then after a year I moved back in with her because of college and life changes. I only got $60 back from my $500 dollar deposit because the cheaply made blinds were damaged (and had been slightly damaged but still intact and usable for about 4 months before my lease was up)!!! I just wanted to reach out and say I’ve enjoyed my stay here so far the past year and a half. The management system with D&K has been smooth. I also wanted to say their employee Kim Culbreath has been wonderful to me as well. She’s helped make sure I’ve had quick response times for any maintenance needs and has been available constantly to reach out to regarding any issues, weather notices, or any other concerns
