From the beginning of my case (Autumn 2021) to it's end (Summer 2025), Daniel Kim's office has kept me apprised of information, their communication is top notch. They are very much willing to help you understand the "legalese" of a case in more layman's terms anytime you have questions, and helped me feel supported over the duration of my case. I appreciated the care & consistency the team at DK supported me with, especially during such a difficult time. Their prompt communication & tenacity in my case shined through. That being said, there was one aspect with my case, involving a reimbursement from a 3rd party company, that was not yet resolved by closing. The team has assured me, however, that a solution will continue to be sought & once it is, review will be updated.

Overall my experience with Daniel Kim was good. I was not the driver in the accident so I wasn’t as involved with the car repair portion but there was a point where communication from Daniel Kim was sparse and my partner and I had to do a lot of the back and forth phone calls with the repair shop, insurance company and rental car business. It was a bit frustrating at times and the lack of communication seemed to make the process draw out longer than preferred.
