Bad customer service. Had to call several times before someone returned my call. A service was finally scheduled and we waited 6 hours that day and no one showed or called.
I think I finally found somebody I trust. I've had nightmares with my heat pump system with two other companies. I've had a technician out from DK and an installer both very professional. Technician identifief the problems, identified that I had the wrong filtration system. the installers were very quick efficient and friendly and did a professional job.
Furnace quit working out of the blue. DK Heating & Sons had someone at our door within an hour of my after-hours call. Technician Brandon got to work right away, diagnosed the issue, and fixed it quickly. We truly appreciated the fast, professional, and effective service. Highly recommend!
My grandmother had an issue during her semi annual maintenance visit. The company has gone above and beyond to make sure she is happy and her system has no issues. From the technician(Dave I believe) to the Installer (I believe it may have been Gary. But I'm drawing a total blank) everyone was super nice and professional. The new install looks awesome. It was done very quickly and professionally. She swears by these guys since they fixed her furnace when it was brand new(in 2008) and 2 other companies couldn't figure it out.... read more
Met with Vincent to go over our renovation. Extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Excited for our new system! Update- 1/25- Had the crew come out, they retrofit/installed a brand new system. The crew was courteous, clean and did a professional job. Apparently our house was never engineered for HVAC on the second floor and these guys fixed it!
