I found the one and only Sig P365 AXG Legion for sale that was "in stock" at DK Firearms. I was concerned the company might be scam because the few dealers that DID have the pistol in stock were gouging an additional $200 for the privilege of buying the gun. I took a chance and ordered the pistol. They sold it at the regular retail price with no up-charge, no tax, no credit card fees and free shipping. I had the gun in hand 72 hours later. I have a new go-to place to get the righteous deal on firearms!

This was my first experience buying from DK Firearms but it won't be my last. While they don't keep you in the loop about your order's status they ship quickly and my order was exactly what I ordered. Definitely a very good online gun dealer

Bad company and horrible customer service. Not honest about quality of used guns that they sell. Tried to cancel my order and they wanted to charge me a restocking fee before it was even shipped. The customer service was rude on the phone and even ruder via email.

I bought a surplus beretta 1951 pistol from sellers website. The slide doesn't function properly. It wont lock back either. After a week of back and forth to figure out the issue, customer service just dropped me like a hot potato. They threw the whole rules and regulations book, the 2000 page document you are supposed to read before you confirm your purchase, in my face. They straight up told me its not their problem.
