The men arrived on time and were quite pleasant. They gave me a price that was reasonable and a date to start the work was made. Unprofessional installer, additional charge for obtaining permit not disclosed either verbally or in the contract.

We are sorry you feel this way and we are a little confused as to why. You thanked us for getting the job done in such a quick manner and you raved about the high-quality workmanship we provided after we finished. It was not until it came time to pay for the permits you became unhappy and began to try and negotiate payment for the costs. The first line of the contract in bold states that permit fees are not included in the proposal and will be billed separately upon final inspection.

Looking for solar atic fan. Had a conversation about them vs the good old fashion electric. Removed my old fan (25 yr old) and not working and put in a new one. You can feel the difference when you go upstiars.
