The person who was sent out Craig had a beautiful personality and explained everything and he listened, he's excellent and people need to know to listen and explain he also showed me what was wrong and how it was fixed.
Cost vs. benefit was high
they were here 2 people for about seven minutes installed one new switch and reconnected another and charged me $160.00. I think the charge was to expensive for the service renedered.
They are over priced. they charge 250 dollars for every thing they touch. Did not do the job correctly. Initally they wanted to put in a switch which was completly different then others. Then they put one that matched and said the lights were fused so we needed to change the bulbs. When we changed the bulbs the lights did not work. We called them to trouble shoot they said they will charge another 250 dollars. Would not recommend them.
What was quoted not completed ask for switch attic with 10 foot whip end up with a 30 foot coil up Ask for 2 30 amp disconnect with 6 ft seal tight whips just got 2 20 amp disconnects no seal tight whips Was left big patch new siding missing Called office explained to Lisa and she said someone will call never heard back had to hire another electrical company to complete work
Derrick arrived at the scheduled time. I was at work bit I had my son show Derrick the problem we had with our electric. Derricknthen called me and fave me an estimate, which I thought was reasonable. The problem was found and reaolved. I was very pleased.
