I left a message and had a return call within an hour. We had an appointment scheduled for the following week. The technician was on time, provided an estimate before starting the work and when he was finished earlier than estimated he reduced the bill.

From start to finish this was an absolute great experience. I called after 5PM and Derek, the owner, answered the phone and was extremely helpful and professional. I felt very comfortable setting up an appointment with him. Derek was able to set an appointment for the next morning. even though it was after 5PM. Barry arrived the next morning, called ahead of time as promised. He listened to my concerns and did some troubleshooting. Ryan was great from the start alerted me to what time he was arriving was flexible when my schedule didn?t fit with a scheduled appointment, didn?t make a mess. My only comment would be to have a few extra shingles available when doing a roofing job. I would highly recommend them.
