RecommendedI have been going to D and K auto for over ten years. As always, they give friendly service, have good prices, and offer reliable advice. Though I don’t know a lot about cars, and my car is older, I know I can always trust their work.
My most recent visit was less than satisfactory. More than 30 hours was required for them to make a repair estimate, and I lost the use of our car for 6 days while awaiting repair/replacement of a leaking water pump. Worse, I apparently agreed to an extremely pricey $160 radiator flush kit that I don't think was done. The coolant in the radiator is yucky and the overflow/expansion tank is full of rusty water and red goo. Service at this location has definitely slipped a bunch.
I have tried many auto repair places in the area. This has the best service and customer service.
They have always done quality and affordable work for my husband and myself. The employees are professional and well trained. This is a shop whose number you'll want to have with your important files. That's how much I recommend it.
Stay far away. This shop does shady work and your only be finding your vehicle breaking down later as they do not do quality work. They also over charge you. I have filed a complain with BAR and BBB. Please do your research before you do business here I say go to a place that won't screw you like this shop will.
They do shady work they do not stand by their mistakes they make to your vehicle and they do not apologize for their poor workmanship they do on vehicles. Stay far away from this auto center.
So I can say that from what I was told about d&k is is not true very respectful great place will keep coming back
Excellent customer service , straight forward and honest , job/services completed by time/date stated
I don't even work in the area anymore, and I won't take my car anywhere else!
