As a trans masculine person. I was shopping with a friend on Madison ave who is a cis man. We wanted to walk in because I thought it was a store I bought a ring from at a charity event. I saw something I like for my wife and wanted to go in. If I was with one of my girlfriends or my mom the woman working would have never denied us both entry I know that because I have been in there before. This review is for the Djula website and E. Commerce and not for any physical location. On December 5th I purchased an item from the website, item was never shipped, called many times from the US to Paris, the designated phone line for E. Commerce never goes anywhere. Called multiple Djula stores in the US and France with no real help. After a month of back and forth I had to cancel the purchase through my credit card. It's hard to comprehend that this is an international company when you experience this level of incompetenc... read more

Worst quality ever. Bought 3 expensive bracelets that broke within week or two of buying. One fell off and lost forever. I tried returning other 2 and they refused. They fixed them and sent to France , took over month to fix and they broke again . They would not refund just credit
