owner does not pay his bills
We spent $3500 to have our tub replaced and the walls around it tiled. The caulking and grouting look like a 5 year old did it. Nothing was wiped down. There was dried grout on everything. Don came in and it took two tries (a month apart) to get the shower so it didn’t leak. He promised to come back and fix up the rest. We’ve haven’t heard from him (since May). BEWARE. I signed a contract with Don for work to start in March 2022. The basement refinishing was to be completed in less than 2 weeks per Don. Fast forward to June 2022 and months of my patience, and my basement is 1/4 finished. Don has not completed the work OR communicated with me in almost 6 weeks. Unprofessional, unresponsive and unreliable are 3 words that come to mind to describe DJS Home Remodeling, LLC. Excuse after excuse is unprofessional and unacceptable.
