Called Todd and asked questions which he answered without hesitation. Sent out Alex and got everything fixed quickly. Prices are very fair and our AC is working the best it has in years Thank you for the fast response and answering all my questions.
Have used their services for years and been very happy with them. Recently we needed their services again and they were prompt and very helpful.
Thses guys came to do work on my AC unit and they had to leave because they were unprepared and i was charged extra labor cost for their mistake of having to get the tools they should have had to begin with and after the job was done I told them I needed a few days to pay and he threatened to come to my home and Rip out the repair from my home. Absolutely the most unprofessional and rude behavior I have ever witnessed within a "professional" service company before.
AMAZING SERVICE, they always go above and beyond when I call for my elderly mothers house. Have used at our house also and got great service as well. Highly recommend!!!
