I’m very dissatisfied with the service and communication from this salon. I booked services for an appointment around 5:40–6:00 for a men’s haircut and a women’s shampoo and blow-dry, and I specifically confirmed that two people would be needed at the same time. The salon asked me to Zelle a deposit/reservation to secure the hair stylist, and I complied. I booked an appointment same day and they were extremely accommodating and helpful with the last minute booking. It is such a nice, relaxing atmosphere inside and everyone is very kind and friendly. Jodie did an amazing job on my hair! She gave suggestions on what would be best for my hair specifically and I am so happy with the results. Thank you guys!
