I called to schedule an appointment and the person that answered the phone said "Yeah", not "Hello, this is Djoko's braid shop, how can I help you?." I proceeded to say, Is this the braid shop?. They said Yeah. Not "I apologize for not saying hello. This is the braid shop, how can I help you"?. I should have hung up but I figured I would give it one more shot.
