I asked for two strands twist as my style. She asked me if I wanted two or three strands and I clarified again that I wanted two strands. Upon completion of the style I noticed that I had three and four strands all throughout my head. In addition they were poorly done and the parts look terrible. I have been to her before and she did it correctly so I’m not sure why she decided to do this to me, I have been a loyal customer.
