Updates: Dave contacted me for the scope of work, and for certain reason he did not get my phone early messages or email. Yes. he is very nice and provided me a lots of education on landscaping, and convinced me to sign the contract with him. This is a right decision. Tony and his crew did a fantastic job on my back patio, and steps as phase 1.
