One of the best contractor experiences I've had. Good pricing, high quality, attractive windows, prompt, courteous and professional service. Todd, the salesman, was very professional, knowledgeable and responsive, taking multiple trips to my home to review the windows and talk me through options. I took my time going through various companies, and making sure to compare "an apple with an apple". I spelled it out to Todd explicitly what we needed with the windows, style, type, even thickness of glass. I also made sure to let them know that I wanted and needed permits to be pulled by them, not me for everything to be "Kosher" and not have any issues later if we sell the property. When we started looking for new windows last year we were discouraged by the huge price differential between companies and the many options available, making the choice more difficult.
