D & J took new parts I had on my truck and replaced them with used parts, then created more problems for me to have a real mechanic fix. Then when leaving overheard a someone talking about the owner races customer cars up and down the street in front tearing up property that is not his. I will never return or send anyone I know here.
So when i dropped my vehicle off with D & J i had no idea what was wrong with it, within being there less than 10-15 min my problem was diagnosed and i had an estimate for repair, taking what i had learned from what was wrong i called around to a couple of shops and got more estimates, They were not only by far the cheaper of everyone i spoke to but also the most knowledgeable about my vehicle, i took it back to D & J for repair, the bands in my transmission were shot, i left my car with them and within a couple of days i go... read more
