Man let me tell you, I called them and answer right away, let him know I had a flat on after market rims and tires he let me know it was 130 for my size of rims and tires he came and took it he let me know my tire was not fixable since it had a end nose pliers that cut in to the wires of the tire I let him know if he could go to texas tire to install a new one and he went the extra mile and took it. He waited there 1 hr to get the new tire on the rim pay for the tire and came install it all while I was at work out of town ca... read more
Called 5 places, DJ'S was only shop that had my tire size and it was NEW which is what I wanted. Others had to order it and would not arrive before we needed to leave to make the trip back home to Ft.Worth the next day....they literally said "that's impossible".... They had us in & out in 15 mins! It was NASCAR SPEED!.... LOL Super Fast & Great Customer Service!
I was driving cross-country on a Sunday when I blew a tire on the highway in Texas, still 4 hours from my destination, every tire shop closed. A kind couple who stopped to help me put on my spare gave me this contact, and I am so grateful they did. I stop to help out an older couple change a flat notice both tires on passanger side was flat called around since it was after hours an no one wanted to come do to it was a Mercedes , but I called them at dj’s tire , they came right over and changed out both of the tires In no time they even put a rug down not to scratch the rim an did an amazing job
