I’m honestly really upset about my experience here and feel like people should know. I ended up with an infection in my toe after my appointment, which is something that should never happen from getting your nails done. The whole service felt rushed and rough, and it didn’t seem very sanitary. My friend had an even worse experience. The technician was so aggressive with her feet that she got cut multiple times and was literally crying during the service. No one should be in pain like that at a nail salon. Hannah made it right.. They are right by my job and has completely turned my initial experience around.. I will continue to go..
There was only friendly nail tech and the initials on her apron were “JK”. DJ, was almost rude & a little aggressive. When trying to get my boyfriend’s mom attention she says “listen to me, listen to me”. Maybe it’s a language barrier.. Anyway, if you’re looking for friendly and inviting service, I do not recommend this place. There are places you can go where the nail stylist care about the person in their seats, this one isn’t that (except for JK). I will never come back here. The work was average and rushed.
