I absolutely hated my nails. I had a horrible experience. Overall, I showed a nail design and she proceeded to say that my nails were too small when they weren’t I know for a fact, the nail design was possible she just didn’t want to take her time my nails were rushed and I asked her to fix my pinky nail multiple times and it wasn’t done right my french tips are bulky and uneven. I’m honestly really upset about my experience here and feel like people should know. I ended up with an infection in my toe after my appointment, which is something that should never happen from getting your nails done. The whole service felt rushed and rough, and it didn’t seem very sanitary. My friend had an even worse experience. The technician was so aggressive with her feet that she got cut multiple times and was literally crying during the service. No one should be in pain like that at a nail salon.
