really bad service.the lady make cut in mi fingers I saw blood. I don't recomend.also they take just minutes for finish.is bad.
The salon has potential, but better communication around wait times is really needed. I waited about 25 minutes and was told multiple times that I was next, but unfortunately, I ended up leaving without being seen. While I understand things can get busy, it’s disappointing when customer concerns aren’t handled professionally. I hope to see improvements in how clients are treated moving forward.
