Rude people and terrible service Push you to pay extra for services that you never requested
I had a humiliating and upsetting experience at this nail salon. After arriving for a simple manicure, I was treated with apparent hostility and disrespect by a staff member at the front desk, who refused service and allegedly used a racial slur. I left in tears and felt completely unwelcome. Based on this experience, I would never return and would strongly caution others—especially people of color—about the treatment they may receive here.
Staff were very nice and did a great job with my gel manicure! Very meticulously done and gentle
