I came here a few days ago. The young girl who did my regular manicure and pedicure was extremely nice however before she finished my manicure, she said I had to pay for the service first. I asked why because the service was not even completed yet. She said some dumb excuse like it’s policy and that “it’s regular polish”. they are very unprofessional and not clean and you pay a lot for cheap service i found a great salon and i’ve been going to this one for 10 years and honestly im happy with my new spot danny is rude and they need more people that speak english ! You Ask me they deserve NO STARS !
After years of walking by this salon every day I finally decided to give a try. When you first walk in you immediately will be greeted by the strong chemical smell. I have been to multiple nail salons in the search of the "one” and I never noticed any smell in any of them. Secondly if you are the type who pays attention to detail this place is filthy. This place is a JOKE. How do you mess up someone’s nails, make them come back for a fix, and then try to charge them for a whole new set?? That’s not business, that’s a scam. And let’s not even talk about how they tried to get me to pay BEFORE my service like I was about to rob them. I’ve been getting my nails done here for months with NO issue, so why am I suddenly being treated differently?? This place is greedy and unprofessional.
