We have just started the process with Diyanni Homes and we are quite pleased with the organization of all the documentation on Builder Trend. We have truly enjoyed each line item in Phase I of the building process. We understand that building a home is not the easiest thing to do and can be stressful, but Diyanni has made the process easy and transparent. We look forward to the next phases and we cannot wait to move into our new home.
We selected Diyanni for many reasons but one being their superior online reviews. Little did we know that the reviews were all from the Columbus area not the Northeast Ohio area! We closed on our new construction home 2 weeks before our 18 month old daughter was diagnosed with Leukemia. We shared the catastrophic news with the builder within 24 hours of her diagnoses.
