Local, community-oriented, DIY is a favorite in my family!

My family had been coming to DIY for about as long as it's been in business. We have lived in Cape Coral over 25 years and this has become a family tradition with our 4 year old grandson. It is our favorite way to wrap up a family evening. We have never had anything but polite, helpful, and friendly service. Ever. Highly recommend.

The place is nothing but false advertising!! There was nothing close to 24 flavors and 80 toppings. A majority of the flavors were either out or frozen. 80 toppings? Don’t know where they went to school to learn to count! The worker, Emily, was rude and unprofessional. She was the only worker there and the place was very busy (Spring Break). My 8 yo daughter had her cup accidentally knocked out if her had (reference the very busy comment) and Emily yelled at my daughter. Stay clear of this place at all cost.

There was false advertisement. 24 flavors? We counted 18 if we were lucky.( and that was if you counted the mixed) They also, said there were 80 toppings, there weren’t that many. The service was AWFUL! No help, half of the 18 flavors were not working. We were here on vacation and looking to visit, and we will NOT be returning. The staff member (Emily) was not professional, she was yelling at customers (adults and kids) and couldn’t keep up. Very disappointed.
Fabulous yogurt, lovely atmosphere - and great staff/owners. My go to when in Cape Coral.
Better than the competition chains! So good! We will be back very soon!
