I was having some issues with making a payment & Mika helped me right thru my issues w a breeze. Appreciate the efficiency & helpfulness. & making sure I was taking care of beginning & end.
I had an excellent experience from a call back for a reservation. Meeting the manager Amanda on property she was delightful. Honey assisted me on the phone hooked me up with a storage unit that worked for me. She was fantastic specially with technologically dysfunctional old ladies LOL

I have multiple units at DIY Danville and Amanda (on-site) and Karen (CSR) have both been great to work with in coordinating units close to one another. I strongly recommend both of them as well as DIY.
Honey at DIY storage was a very considerate and helpful, as I had questions regarding paying my bill. I highly recommend DIY storage center.
