I don’t normally leave reviews and normally not bad ones for that matter, but It’s been a bit of a take your money and run type deal on this one. I’m a contractor so I can appreciate people being busy. But I’ve made a dozen communication requests in the past several weeks. When they do respond, it’s with an excuse and a promise to respond that never gets fulfilled….to this day.
I am always sceptical about online companies but these guys came highly recommended from people in the industry. Greg, Mike, and Zack have been an absolute pleasure to work with. They are extremely knowledgeable and experienced and their customer service has been outstanding. You don't have to know what your doing to build a pool if you are using these guys, they make the process easy and enjoyable. Highly recommend!
We thought we were getting a lot more than we paid for. They were so slow getting our drawings done for the pool and then kept charging us more and more for engineering. We could have had plans drawn up and engineered way cheaper somewhere else. They also didn’t include any of the things we were wanting like a list of contractors or supplies. I don’t even see the point of paying for DIY plans they were no help at all.
