He worked with me when I was late he understood my situation and never took my things . Tony did so many nice things i just wish there were more people like him . I thought the service was great, we had a hard situation happen and we needed the box quickly. Diy was able to get us a container the same day. The container was clean and came with pads and straps to keep our stuffd secure during the move. The woman that ansewerd the phone was very helpfull and well versed in our needs. ALL IN ALL it was a great service, and they thanked me afterwards, how about that.
