I don’t think this company is in business anymore. When you call, you put on hold and the greeting is by some Web services company. You will never reach a live person. Notice the reviews are so poor. Don’t waste time.
Have called this place multiple times and have also inquired online. Fairly certain it doesn't exist anymore
I placed an order because I could not find offset header panel in the stores. Website says anything over 8ft will need to be cut down. If you try and order two 5 footers of same track it adds them together and sells you one 10 footer. I placed my order and figured I would call on a working day to get that sorted out. I also wanted to pick up my order since I live about an hour away. After placing my order I quickly got an email from the company with a sales rep that was in charge of my order. Great experience with this company. Bill responded to my email questions within minutes. Because of his customer service ethic, I placed an order. 2 days later the materials arrived at my house in perfect condition. Product quality is far superior than the big box stores and less expensive. Thank you for your top notch A1 five star service.
