I do not recommend for anyone to use this company. We originally spent $9300 on flooring, and some of our ordered product was suddenly out of stock with a 6+ week lead time. The upsetting part of that was the very long wait for a $6000 credit to be issued to us. We are currently STILL waiting on other products to arrive (which we paid for over a month ago) as well as an additional credit for an overcharge on shipping. Michael is so good! He answered all of my questions and explained about the various types of flooring. He was quick to reply and always made time to be available for me as well as work with my budget! He was very transparent and made me feel like a top priority.
These folks are great. Very helpful. Have a great selection of flooring. I highly recommend them. Nice friendly owners here.
