When I walked into the office, the greeter was very cordial and addressed me by name without me having to tell her . The office setting is welcoming and very clean. The dental assistant who took my X-rays was very professional and friendly. The doctor was OUTSTANDING!! He patiently explained everything in detail. He filled my cavity, without any pain. I will definitely be coming to Dixwell Dental for all future visits.👍🏾👍🏾
Dixwell Dental, absolutely amazing!! My first visit to Dixwell Dental was incredibly positive! I already knew basically everything that was happening and what the outcome would be but getting confirmation and especially support from a great dental team helped put me at ease! I've never been a fan of going to the dentist, even in my adult years but the experience I just had at Dixwell Dental was the absolute best. Dr. Ro, the medical assistant, and office staff were incredibly sweet and super accommodating. I must admit, I will now be looking forward to my dentist appointments.
