Giving 5 stars because Dixwell Dental deserves it! The office is very clean and modern, and the staff is very polite and easy to talk to. I can tell Dr. Ro cares a lot about his patients. He is one of the most kindest, gentlest dentists I've ever had. If you need accommodations of any sort, the team will make sure to ask you beforehand and also during your appointment! Very good bedside manners, and very good at explaining treatment and plans. I would highly recommend checking this office out.
Me, my wife and daughter got our teeth cleaned at Dixwell Dental today. Dr Ro and all the technicians and the front desk lady were very professional attentive and kind. The service we received was excellent! I highly recommend Dixwell Dental for your dental needs.
Dr. Joshi was very thorough and I felt very at ease. Also, my dental hygienist was very helpful and gave me really great tips to help me take care of my teeth. Also, the receptionist is very welcoming and helpful.
