Paid on Wednesday, I gave him the wrong tire size . He said i should get my refund on Wednesday (through cash app) never received my refund of $210. That Friday of July 12th,2024 . I had to reorder my correct size tire , cost $182 . He keep giving excuses about working late, i got my attorney involved and I will be getting my $210.
FRAUD ALERT !!!! Don’t fall for this guy. He called himself Dixon. He run a side business of tent rental under Dixon tire service. I booked him for a particular event with an advance payment of $1100. He called me on the same day of event and cancelled it. He didn’t return the money. This person is a scammer
HORRIBLE customer service. Came by to get a tire. She informed me she didn’t have a tech in but I could come at 9 in the morning to put one on. I called in to work, didn’t go early to another tire service because of it - only to show up at 9 and be told he couldn’t do it. Not a single other person in the office nor did she inform me that he would have to do it towards the close of day. You can not operate a business like that.
