Contacted Dealer in April before weather got really hot. Well, long story short, here we are in the middle of June and still no new installation for heat and air. My husband and I kept hearing next week, next week, etc. The guy who works for dealer would never return phone calls or texts! Terrible customer service! If I could rate this company a zero, I would! My mother is elderly, and her heat pump stopped heating properly, right in the dead of winter. My sister and I are not residing locally, so my sister called Dixon & Kee to have them go check it out. This man told my mother that he would have to, at a minimum, replace the compressor ($1900), or better yet, replace the whole unit (over $5000). We got another company to provide a second opinion.
