I searched for a window cleaning service last year 2024, on Angi and was disappointed with the lack of professionalism from the company I chose. Details & Dixon also bid out the work, so this year I called them to do an exterior only washing of the windows. I could not be happier. I thought I would have to wait a couple months, but given the warmer March, they were able to come and clean the winter yuck off the windows. 2025 update: I used Details + Dixons again to install heat cables on our new garage. Service + expertise was again exceptional and the two young men who did the installation were very professional. First used Dixon's about 8 years ago for ice damn removal. Subsequently had them install roof heat cables after another company did a terrible job on cables... had to be removed because they were falling down within a week & they left dozens of cable pins strewn on ground. I have been getting my windows cleaned by Dixons for years. The reason for this is because they do a good job. The people that come out must be trained well, they are professional, well mannered, do a good job fast. Why would I hire anyone else you can't beat knowing your going to get good job.
