Almost let those negative reviews scare me from ever checking this place out.. very glad that I didn’t! I brought in my rings to be soldered together. I called first to ask how long they would have my rings for, the lady on the phone was so kind and took the time to answer all of my questions. I recently moved to the area and needed some work done on a watch. I went to one jewelry store who wouldn't do it since I didn't buy it from them. Had the same experience at another store. Drove by this one and took my watch in and they didn't hesitate to help me out,! Super kind people, offered to fix it for minimal (and I mean next to nothing) compensation. Do not take your business here! Took my sterling silver (that part is important) ring to be resized. After inspecting my ring, they declared it sterling silver and said it was going to be torched in order to size it. They were wanting to charge me $184 to size it. After leaving the store in shock, I looked at the pricing slip she gave me. They were charging me the price of a 14K white gold ring (even though it’s sterling silver).
