People wonder why we shy away from “black business” but my experience with these crooks is the epitome of it. I purchased a washer and dryer from Mr Dixon in March of 2019 (with 90 day warranty). His son and some other guy came and hooked it up for me (one was flirting with me which was so unprofessional). STAY AWAY from this company. They are liars and crooks. I purchased a refrigerated from them on November 4th 2016 for $295. It was delivered and didn't work. The refrigerator had a short circuit per my electrician. They came back to my house and picked up the unit and told me they would refund my money. Calvin Dixon and Xavier Dixon (Snoop) have promised me my refund time and time again with no results. They are liars and dishonest businessmen. I will take both of these low life scumbags to court. The first refrigerator purchased stop working in 3 weeks. They replaced it after giving me the run around the first few days. The second refrigerator stopped working in 3 weeks. They are supposed to replace this one but have not been here as of yet. They NEVER show up when they say they will. One day they stopped answering my calls so drove to the business to find everyone sitting their eating. This was during the time they said they would be delivering the second refrigerator. Bad Business, Unreliable, and Unprofessional.
