I would give more than 5 stars if there was an option. Wendy, Sadie, and the Dixon Team have gone above and beyond to make selling our old house and buying a new house in our ideal location possible. Despite obstacles coming up during the process, we were guided through each step with ease. I honestly don't know what all goes into real estate, but somehow Wendy's team seems to make it happen better than most! We knew if we wanted to get our house sold, we needed to list with Wendy. Our house was in the middle of nowhere, and the selling market wasn't great, but Wendy got it sold! And the whole team was great to work with.
