The woman who answered the phone was cold, dismissive, and clearly lacked emotional intelligence. For a space selling “luxury,” the tone was elitist, unwelcoming, and painfully small-minded. Reviews confirm what I felt, if you’re not part of their bubble, don’t expect respect.
