Unprofessional and abusive tone of voice. Screamed "really!?" at me and my crated puppy, after he barked. Did not clean up after themselves. I reported this company. Do not use.
Dixon plumbing is the best plumbing company I have ever worked for in my entire life I've worked all over the country and have never worked with a finer group of people. The quality of work and the expectations that we as a company adhere to are the very utmost of the plumbing industry.
My family has used the services of Dixon Plumbing for over ten years. Emergency services involved a burst connection from main supply line in crawl space and on another occasion, a ruptured cutoff valve in basement. They have done minor repairs and installed faucets/spouts, toilet, sump pump, and water heater. Friendly and professional people and NEVER a problem!!! I will be contacting them shortly for installation of faucets in a bathroom upgrade project. Nothing but praise for Dixon Plumbing!!!
I would not recommend this plumbing company to anyone, they came out to my home this morning on 3/16/20 I had a work order for them to clear a problem. They sent someone out that refused to do the job that was listed in my work order. Telling me that they don't do this not that then complaining about clearing a sink line that they made worse than before they came. We had a toilet that was leaking at the base. Two previous plumbers had attempted to fix it but were unsuccessful. Dave from Dixons appears to have fixed it and they were on time. The charge was what i expected.
