Unprofessional and abusive tone of voice. Screamed "really!?" at me and my crated puppy, after he barked. Did not clean up after themselves. I reported this company. Do not use.
Dixon plumbing is the best plumbing company I have ever worked for in my entire life I've worked all over the country and have never worked with a finer group of people. The quality of work and the expectations that we as a company adhere to are the very utmost of the plumbing industry.
My family has used the services of Dixon Plumbing for over ten years. Emergency services involved a burst connection from main supply line in crawl space and on another occasion, a ruptured cutoff valve in basement. They have done minor repairs and installed faucets/spouts, toilet, sump pump, and water heater. Friendly and professional people and NEVER a problem!!! I will be contacting them shortly for installation of faucets in a bathroom upgrade project. Nothing but praise for Dixon Plumbing!!!
I would not recommend this plumbing company to anyone, they came out to my home this morning on 3/16/20 I had a work order for them to clear a problem. They sent someone out that refused to do the job that was listed in my work order. Telling me that they don't do this not that then complaining about clearing a sink line that they made worse than before they came.
