We have used Dixon meats for processing our beef 3 tmes now, and have been very happy with the quality of our cuts.
We get a 1/4 beef butchered here annually. Very smooth process. 1 negative, if you're not familiar with the process they aren't as helpful on picking the cuts and stuff. I missed out on a brisket cut this round, I didn't realize I specifically asked for it the year prior. Once you know the drill though they are helpful when you know what to ask. Once the beef arrived to then it was ready in about 2 weeks. Pick up was quick. I take laundry baskets to pick up and back my car right up to the doors to load directly into my car.
I always get good beef and pork here
Great place, quick service, great quality and great price. I purchase 15-20 lbs of 90/10 ground round at least once a month from here.
