Dixon Manor is a fine place to live. I’ve been here for 8 years. The apartments are quiet and the maintenance staff is especially helpful. They respond quickly and effectively to any significant issues, and they clearly take pride in their work. I wanted to be intentional and share my experience. I never had a experience where all they ask for is money not even with agreements in place. They rush for a deposit even for units that are occupied. Also the hot water has been a constant concern from people living here. It was not a pleasant experience. They treated me as if i didnt have options or was desperate for a move. They rushed the whole process for a deposit and unit wasn't even available. Wasnt upfront and truthful about rentals .
