Built home with Dixon 1 year ago, had issues with their fans, exhaust, aircon , had to wait for months to get items fixed. I had issues with rain water sweeping inside the garage & water pooling in garage, had to keep contacting them to fix it & still not fixed. Extremely poor customer service. Would never recommend to anyone.

Firstly, our family has over 20 years experience in construction and are very aware of build processes and delays etc. I believe we are very understanding people. This was our experience... We did not have a good experience dealing with Dixon's in Cairns. Particularly the owner Andrew. We built our dream home in Mission Beach in 2023 with Dixon Homes Cairns. We are first home owners with zero experience in building anything. Dixons took care of everything and the process was very easy. We relied on Dixons allot with regard to customising our design, material and colour schemes which worked out better than we could of imagined.
