Communication throughout the build wasn’t great however the end product is a beautiful home. Few delays throughout but start to finish was October 2024 to September 2025.
The best
Built home with Dixon 1 year ago, had issues with their fans, exhaust, aircon , had to wait for months to get items fixed. I had issues with rain water sweeping inside the garage & water pooling in garage, had to keep contacting them to fix it & still not fixed. Extremely poor customer service. Would never recommend to anyone.
